Specific attention is given to financing to promote equity socio-cultural barriers skills for work and life and increasing educators' capacity. This synthesis report also assesses learning opportunities, considers factors affecting take-up, and identifies barriers and enablers of youth participation. In this publication, young people in Africa speak up about their aspirations and experiences of post-basic education.
